426 IMAGO DEI™

The 2035 Strategic Initiative: 2026–2036

426-STRATEGIC-INITIATIVE · Version 1.0 · October 25, 2026

Purpose and planning basis

God first. This initiative connects the ministry, discipleship, creative work, publishing, community service and stewardship vision of 426 IMAGO DEI. The purpose is to build an accountable ecosystem through stages rather than launch every proposed institution at once.

The title preserves 2035 as a strategic review year. The planning horizon extends through 2036 for assessment of the first decade and preparation of the next chapter. This public edition summarizes strategic direction; budgets and sensitive operating records remain separate.

2026–2027: establish a credible beginning

Groundwork includes the S.E.E. entrance, biblical foundation, core publications, member experience, responsible content management and first creative collections. The intended collection launch is January 1, 2027.

Readiness depends on actual working processes: clear public information, secure private data, accurate catalog, supported purchase flow, real response ownership and usable instructions. A date should not override a failed security or payment check.

2029: establish and demonstrate repeatability

The three-year horizon focuses on proving core work. Strengthen Scripture resources, discipleship pathways, creative publication and service practices using actual experience. Identify responsible roles and review capacity before expanding.

Measure what can honestly be measured: content released, completed follow-up, participation voluntarily reported, operational reliability and consented feedback. Page views and sales do not establish spiritual transformation.

2031: integrate and expand proven work

The five-year horizon can connect established programs and evaluate new education, media, publishing, service and partnership proposals. Each initiative needs an accountable leader, feasible delivery model, resource decision and review point.

A school, facility or capital project needs more than a page and a name. Treat institutional structures and funding plans as proposals until their organization, responsibilities and capacity are validated.

2035 review and 2036 decade assessment

Review the mission, actual outcomes, finances, leadership, operational resilience and sustainability. Decide what should continue, change, pause or end. Record the reasons so later leaders can understand the decisions.

The 2036 assessment closes the first planning chapter rather than ending the organization. An approved public accountability edition should communicate meaningful outcomes while protecting personal and sensitive information.

Governance, resources and risk

Keep strategic aspiration distinct from approved commitments. Assign a responsible role, evidence requirement and stop-or-revise rule to each initiative. Do not publish unvalidated revenue targets, partner commitments or claims of legal status.

The first 100-day operating plan begins at formal approval and should identify achievable work, dependencies and review dates. Habakkuk 2:2–3 is read in its biblical context; it is not proof that every organizational target is divinely guaranteed.

Next chapter

Annual operating plans translate the long-range vision into work that can be resourced and evaluated. Keep ministry access separate from commercial benefits and preserve the founder’s language through dated, versioned records.

Future revisions should explain what changed, the evidence behind that decision and who approved it. Stewardship before scale remains the organizing principle.
