Official Publication & Creative Stewardship Standard
426-PUB-001 · Version 1.0 · October 25, 2026
Ministry first
The understanding of Scripture and the purpose of a collection should precede its commercial promotion wherever practicable. Products remain secondary expressions of the ministry. No reading or spiritual response is a condition of purchase.
Historical preservation
Official reading editions identify their document number, publication date, author or publisher, and version. A new edition should be preserved alongside the earlier record, with an explanation of substantive changes. Collection credits should distinguish creative direction, artistic authorship, development, photography, and production according to the contribution actually made.
Personal testimony and permission
A testimony may describe grief, worship, study, obedience, gratitude, restoration, or an ongoing season of growth. A dramatic conversion story is not required.
The creator’s actual words should be preserved. Personal stories and portraits are published only after the contributor has approved the public edition. Private consent records and unapproved material remain restricted to authorized editors. Publication does not itself transfer ownership of someone’s personal story.
Reading and download editions
Public downloadable publications carry a watermark on every page. Online reading editions may omit a download control. Material displayed publicly can still be copied or captured; an online-only label is not a guarantee against screenshots or copying.
Member reading resources are stored separately behind account permissions. Leadership records and editable originals are not placed in public downloads. An already public file cannot become private simply by removing a visible download link.
Our commitment
We seek to communicate what was created, why it was created, the biblical truth it seeks to express, and the testimony associated with its development. We seek to steward the work faithfully while continually directing attention toward God.
This is an operational publishing standard. It does not replace individual contributor permissions, licenses, or other agreements appropriate to a particular project.
