Patria and Ekklesia Connect: Community and Discipleship
426-PATRIA-FRAMEWORK · Version 1.0 · October 25, 2026
Purpose and identity
Patria gathers the community expressions of 426 IMAGO DEI around growth in Christ, fellowship and service. The name draws on the language of family and lineage. Ekklesia Connect describes connections among believers and ministry relationships; the name does not by itself establish a congregation or an institutional partnership.
Community participation should help people move from an isolated page visit toward faithful relationships and practical next steps.
Accessible next steps
Visitors can request discipleship support, ask about baptism, seek help finding a local church or express interest in connecting online. These are requests for follow-up; dates, leaders and arrangements require confirmation.
The public church search opens an external search service. A search result is not an endorsement of a church’s doctrine, leadership or safeguarding practices.
Conversations with review
The initial community conversations focus on welcome and fellowship, Bible study and creative expression. Signed-in people can submit contributions privately. Public posts are released separately by an administrator after review.
Public attribution requires permission. A private submission must never become public merely because a member changes a status field or uploads an image. Private prayer requests and journals remain outside the public conversation.
Participation standards
Speak graciously, discuss Scripture in context and avoid harassment, threats, advertisements and disclosure of another person’s private information. Do not publish someone else’s testimony without permission.
Moderators may decline or remove material that does not serve the community. Reports go through the private contact pathway. Review responsibilities and response capacity must be established before expanding participation.
Service and referrals
Service proposals should identify the need, responsible people, practical resources and boundaries of assistance. A proposed partner is not an approved partner until the relationship and responsibilities are confirmed.
Do not advertise money, transport, housing, professional services or emergency assistance as available unless the ministry has an actual operating process and capacity to provide them.
Discipleship and evaluation
Discipleship involves knowing Christ, learning His Word, prayer, fellowship and obedience. The Five Cs can organize learning but cannot replace the Gospel or the church. Participation should be voluntary and welcoming to honest questions.
Evaluate clarity, usefulness, follow-through and consented feedback. Protect private information and avoid public rankings of faith. Review the community structure as actual leadership capacity grows.
